Ms. Nikki Gregory Erdman, 78, of The Villages, FL passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 13, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. She retired at the senior executive level with the National Security Agency at Fort Meade, Mary Read Obituary

Nikki was my Nouna (Godmother) and it was always great when she would visit. She was very special and when Louise and I were getting married in 1984, she had a very active role in our wedding, as did us the honor of serving as our sponsor, placing the Stefana (wedding crowns) on our heads, the most important part of the ceremony.
I will miss our phone chats, but know that Erd is smiling in heaven, knowing he has my Nouna at his side once again. Bill Zafirson

I will miss my Aunt Nikki More Than Words Can Say. She was so strong but so sweet and always a lady. You always knew what you were getting with her. If I could live up to half of who she was, I'd be great!
To the family of Nikki Erdman nee Gregory. I had the privilege of working with Nikki at NSA and considered her a friend as well as a colleague. Nikki was a pleasure to work with, a hard working, dedicated professional. Although she could never tell you all she accomplished, please know that during her tenure she made this country more secure through her efforts. We stayed in touch after we both retired getting together frequently to catch up. She was delightful company always with an entertaining story. I missed her when she and Erd moved to Florida.
