I'm here with tears in my eyes over the loss of my niece Laura, and my heart goes out to Dana, Taylor, Penny, Ed, and all those who have to bear this moment. But at the same time I feel a sense of joy as I envision so many of her loved ones lined up to greet her in her new home: her Mom Dottie, Aunt Gayle, Grammy and Pop Pop, so many friends and family that love and have missed her, now able to be together forever.

To My Dear Sister Laura,
May you now rest in peace. Please know you have always been loved by me and so so many others and you will continue to be in our hearts and loved until we all meet again. My heart is aching, but knowing I can hopefully see and talk to you in my dreams will help ease the gap until we can be together and party like we did when we were teens. Give a kiss and a big hug to all you will now get to see again. Our mother, Lois, Janet, Gayle, Grammy and Poppop, Chip and his family and of course Jude, Jinx, Shazz, Seagrams, Emily, Mia and just recently little Abigail. Take care and love them all. Until we can be together as one family. I love you, and will always miss and think of you.
